About

Sales analysis for peoplewho keep the spreadsheet.

SheetScope is for Nigerian shops, distributors, restaurants and retail chains that keep their sales in Excel or CSV, and for the accountants and analysts who report for them. It turns that file into a checked picture of what sold, where and when.

The order SheetScope works in

  1. Your spreadsheet
  2. Every change shown
  3. Totals balanced
  4. Dashboard, answers and report
Story

Why SheetScopeexists.

In many Nigerian businesses, sales live in a spreadsheet: a till export, an invoice register, a sheet each branch fills in every week. The figures are all there. Getting a clear answer out of them is the slow part.

Small things change the answer: a TOTAL row counted as a sale, one product under three spellings, a column kept in thousands, a date read the wrong way round, naira and dollars added together. A dashboard that skips those checks just draws the wrong number more neatly.

So SheetScope starts with the checking. It shows every change before making it, balances what it kept against what it left out, and only then builds the charts, the answers and the report, so whoever reads them can see where each number came from.

Four rulesbehind every screen.

  • Rule 01

The sums come from your rows

Charts, rankings, comparisons and summaries are calculated from the records in your file, and each metric has a written definition.

  • Rule 02

    You approve every change

Cleaning is proposed with row counts and examples, and nothing is applied until you build the dashboard. Your original is never edited.

  • Rule 03

    It asks instead of guessing

Unclear dates, week numbers that start at 0, mixed currencies and overlapping files come back to you.

  • Rule 04

SheetScope AI helps. It doesn’t count.

It suggests the column mapping, turns questions into calculations and writes short summaries. Every figure comes from SheetScope’s calculations, and a summary that doesn’t match them is replaced.

What SheetScopedoesn’t do.

Knowing the limits helps you decide whether it fits.

  • It isn’t accounting software. It doesn’t keep books, file taxes or give financial advice.

  • It doesn’t forecast. It shows what happened in your file.

  • It doesn’t explain why. It shows what changed and which product moved most, then suggests what to check.

  • It doesn’t connect to your till, bank or online store. You upload the file yourself.

  • It doesn’t read stock sheets, PDFs or photos. Sales workbooks only, in .xlsx or CSV.

  • It doesn’t convert currencies. You choose one currency to analyse.
