Records are counted after unpivoting
A wide sheet becomes one record per product and period. 2,000 products × 52 week columns = 104,000 records, which is over the 100,000-record limit for one version.
Only successful imports count
An import counts once it saves a new version. Failed and cancelled imports use nothing, and browsing charts or changing filters never uses an import.
Files up to 20 MB
CSV and Excel (.xlsx) files up to 20 MB on every plan.
Project Pass does not renew
Pay once for one project for 30 days. Buy another pass whenever you need one.
Pro is paid month by month
Each payment covers one month. Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
Your project after a plan ends
It stays in your workspace, readable and exportable, and new imports follow the plan you still have, Free if none. Nothing is deleted unless you delete it.
SheetScope AI requests
One SheetScope AI request is one mapping suggestion, one summary written or one new question answered. Asking the same question again on the same data doesn’t count, and a summary that fails its checks is shown as a calculated summary without using one. A Project Pass’s requests are used only on its project. When the allowance runs out, charts, filters and calculated summaries keep working.
