What we keepand why.

• We store what is needed to run your workspace: your email address, your files and the results made from them.
• We do not sell your data.
• There are no advertising trackers on SheetScope.
• Card payments are handled by Paystack. Your card details go to Paystack, not to SheetScope.

You sign in with your email address. We store that address to identify your account and send your sign-in links. Each link works once and expires after 20 minutes.

After you sign in, a session lasts 30 days. It is kept in an http-only cookie, which scripts on the page cannot read. Signing out ends the session.

If you add your name or rename your workspace in Settings, we store those too.

• Files you upload are stored privately in your workspace, together with each version made from them, the cleaning choices you made and the reports you create.
• Each import makes a new version. Your original file is kept as uploaded.
• Your files are used only to produce your dashboards, reports and downloads. Whole files are never sent to an outside service.

SheetScope AI runs on Google Cloud. To suggest a column mapping it receives your file and sheet names, column names, value types, counts, number ranges and up to three short example values per column. Columns whose names look personal, such as name, phone, email, address, BVN or NIN, send no examples or number ranges. To write a summary it receives the calculated figures and notes already on your screen. To answer a question it receives your question, your column names and periods, and the names of your products and branches, plus customer names only when there are 30 or fewer. It does not receive whole files or rows.

We keep SheetScope AI's answers with your project so you can see them again without another request. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Paid plans are processed by Paystack. When you pay, you enter your card details on Paystack's checkout, so they go to Paystack and not to us. We keep a record of the plan you bought, the amount and the payment reference so we can show your receipts and grant access.

Your workspace is private to your account. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Paystack receives the details needed to take a payment. Google Cloud processes the limited information described under SheetScope AI. Sign-in emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery service, which receives your email address and the sign-in link.

• We keep your data while your account is active.
• When a paid plan ends, your project stays in your workspace, readable and exportable, and new imports follow the plan you still have, Free if none. Nothing is deleted unless you delete it.
• When you delete a project, it is removed permanently.

• Download your cleaned data and reports at any time.
• Delete any project permanently from your workspace.
• Sign out of a browser whenever you like.
