The terms forusing SheetScope.

SheetScope turns sales spreadsheets you upload into cleaned data, charts and reports. A public sample dashboard is available without an account; a private project needs one.

• You sign in with an email address you control. Sign-in links work once and expire after 20 minutes.
• Keep access to that email address secure. Anyone who can open your sign-in links can open your workspace.
• Sessions last 30 days on a browser unless you sign out.

Your files and the results made from them remain yours. You give SheetScope permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you: reading the file, cleaning it as you approve, calculating figures and producing your downloads.

Only upload files you are allowed to use.

• Free costs nothing and needs no card.
• Project Pass is a one-off payment for one project for 30 days. It does not renew.
• Pro is paid one month at a time. Each payment covers one month, and nothing renews or is charged automatically.
• Prices are shown in naira. Payments are processed by Paystack.
• Limits for each plan, including projects, rows per version, successful imports and SheetScope AI requests, are listed on the pricing page. Failed or cancelled imports do not count.

When a paid plan ends, your project stays in your workspace, readable and exportable, and new imports follow the plan you still have, Free if none. Nothing is deleted unless you delete it. You can delete a project permanently from your workspace at any time.

• Do not upload files that contain malicious content or that you have no right to use.
• Do not try to access other people's workspaces or interfere with the service.
• Do not use automated means to overload the service.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

SheetScope calculates figures from the data you provide and the choices you confirm in the cleaning review. Check important figures against your own records before relying on them. SheetScope does not give financial, tax or accounting advice.

If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will tell you before the change applies to your account. The privacy notice explains how your data is handled.
